You can book Blue Sky on the Comal by the whole house, upper level or lower level.

The whole house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and 1 dining room. There is access to smart TV’s, 3 SUP boards, 3 kayaks, a propane grill, and private water-side deck. The whole house includes gigabit Wi-Fi for streaming.

Each floor has its own washer and dryer, and private access. It is not connected on the inside.
Upper Level
(Second Floor Only)
The upper level (second floor) has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a dining room. This includes 3 beds and an airbed. Enjoy views of the beautiful water from the large, wrap-around, second floor balcony, or warm up inside by the fire after swimming.
Lower Level
(First Floor Only)
The lower level (first floor) has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. This includes 2 beds, a bunk bed and an airbed. Take in the morning on the private porch and enjoy the evening using the grill out back. There is also access to a smart TV in the living room and one in the master bedroom.
